Man has indeed transformed after education seeped in his bones. Not only life became better and more organized but his development contributed in the betterment of the society on the whole. Think of times when women were treated as slaves and battles were fought just for pieces of land. Education enriched man with the sense and power to make sane decisions that do no harm to others. Think of it this way, if you were a part of a society where your religious conversion would create turbulence in the pre-set norms of society and you would have to sacrifice your life as a penalty- how would it feel?

Definitely education has completely altered the way societies were run, people were treated and economies were established. Every new development and discovery is now a gift of education. Let us see in detail the role of education in human life:
Personal grooming: Before we discuss anything else we need to focus at the impact of education on personal level. An educated man knows how to personally groom himself and build a reputation in society. Not only do people respect him because of his certificates and degrees but also because of his manners and demeanour. A personally groomed person is not only well-maintained but others enjoy his company and like him being around.
Awareness: A man who is enriched with knowledge knows well about the world and stays updated with new and trends and events. Education gives him the ability to know about social and environmental issues and then man strives hard to contribute for the overall development of society. For example an educated person will refrain from polluting the land or sea, as he knows its side effects on wild and aquamarine life. His actions will always help in development of society rather than its destruction.
Better career opportunities: Just as a person widens his/her pool of knowledge, more doors to new and better opportunities open up. The probability of a good career opportunity for a person having a doctorate or masters degree will always be higher than the one having a diploma certificate only. Hence the better the skill set gets the better career opportunities can one expect. Not only this but education also allows a person to seek good career baits himself, for example he has the required confidence to be an entrepreneur and can be easily a sole proprietor of a business.
Healthy lifestyle: Many remote areas of the world that are deprived of basic education are still submerged in depths of illiteracy. Not only this, but the proportion of crimes and deaths form natural diseases is also higher in such places. When a person fails to provide first aid to a patient in case of an emergency, the risk of his death automatically rises. An educated person knows how to take better care of himself and keeps a check of his diet. He hits the gym for a better body and performs yoga for a healthier brain, which enables him to enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
Think out of the box: Creativity is also a byproduct of education. When a person has a wider frame of knowledge he is able to make use of his hidden talents in a better fashion. He grabs at every opportunity and makes profitable use of them. If there are no opportunities available he still strives to elaborate new ideas and conducts researchto make the impossible even possible. All discoveries and inventions are a result of man’s research skills and the thirst to explore.
Direction in life: Education gives meaning in life and a person is able to decide certain goals. When life is without direction there is no purpose and therefore it gets very difficult to achieve goals and targets. Even if it is workplace, an educated person will set targets and will struggle hard to achieve the finest levels of performance. Work life balance is also mandatory in order to keep stress out of life and an educated man knows how to keep this balance. He will invest equal time in all spheres of life and is likely to be successful in each one of them.
Fighting for rights: Today there is a majority who are deprived of their basic rights largely because they are not even aware of them in the first place. They lack the required education to fight for those rights and hence live an entire life submerged in problems. An educated man on the other hand is not aware of his basic rights but also fights hard for them in case of any injustice , may that takes palace on social level or national level. If he is unable to knock the doors of justice to complain he will use media to spread awareness to other fellow citizens.
Wrapping it up, education is a vital part of a human life. Keeping in mind the modern times , the upcoming generations need more seeds of education in order to flourish and make new discoveries for a better future.
