Cassia, the acclaimed neighborhood dining destination helmed by co-owner and Chef Bryant Ng, is opening for weekday lunch every Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. beginning Monday, May 9.
Cassia’s Chinese chicken salad
In addition to select dinnertime favorites, such as the Vietnamese pot au feu, the lunch menu features an array of all-new dishes like a Vietnamese-French dip sandwich made with clay oven-baked flatbread and served with a side of pho broth for dipping or sipping. The spice table burger, heralded by local media as one of the best in the city and one of the most requested items from fans of Bryant’s previous restaurant, comes back in a fresher and larger take as the Cassia burger.
All burgers and sandwiches include fries or a salad. Additional highlights on the new lunch menu include the Koda Farms chickpea curry sandwich, Chinese chicken salad and cold sesame noodles.
